The walls (not talking about the shoot-through ones but rather the no-shoot ones) or floor start spitting bullets out at you. They teleport 90m in an instant to kill you from behind. Signs that you're in a match with a hacker: Most of the time I do not even find a single hacker online when I play, and I am playing right now 6~12 hours a day. I would name those rare people, but that would get me banned instead of them.
Out of the 40 enemies you will see in a given district even at the worst of times only maybe 1-3 of them show all the clear-cut signs of being cheats. I wouldn't say it is an "epidemic" of hackers, so you can come back now Motoko Nova.
